Ten safety tips for you and your baby

1. Make sure you properly secure your baby into their car seat and the car seat is secure. Read the instructions before use.
2.  Fit all electrical sockets with a cover.
3. Use stair gates and fire guards at all times.
4. Fit safety catches on cupboards, making sure all hazardous household products are securely locked away.
5. Never leave your baby unattended in the car, the bath, on their changing mat, in their high chair or on a high surface.
6. Always remember to use a harness in your baby's high hair.
7. Do not hold your baby whilst drinking a hot drink. A spill will scald your baby's skin.
8. Do not do any cooking whilst holding your baby. Burns on delicate, new skin can be extremely dangerous.
9. Use a thermometer to find the correct temperature for their bath water.
10. Never leave your baby awake, unattended.

Let us try to prevent accidents, they happen all too easily.
Be one step ahead at all times.
Protect your precious little one.
